MEET OUR CURRENT RENTER, DOUG TOWNE Doug has devoted his life to the pursuit of locating safe drinking water supplies. As a research hydrologist, Doug's approach to finding water is unique in the professional community. Doug sez, "You've got to think and act like a water droplet to find other water droplets" - and, who are we to argue? Below, Doug is driving a military assault vehicle (courtesy of his empoyer, the Arizona Department of Sanitation and Well Being) and is exclaiming, "I think there's water in them, thar hills!". Is this guy good, or what? Doug's interest in roadside motel neon brought him to the Parkerosa. As yet, we don't have a neon sign (can't afford the electric), but we're negotiating with Doug to get one. Please take the time to check out Doug's website, Motels of the Southwest. And, for any of you available female units with a cyber/hydrneonological bent, Doug would welcome the opportunity to "Shack-up, Parkerosa -style" at Unit No. 2, Little Shanghai. He even has an overcompressed futon in his assault vehicle if you feel like taking a leisurely ride through the desert for an ice cream. Send Doug an email if your are interested in a time-share at Little Shanghai or if you want to chat about roadside neon. |
